Subject: [PATCH] service: make sure to order After plasma-workspace.target
plasma-workspace.target somewhat unfortunately sets up a Wants (with
implicit After) relationship on kde-baloo.service. This then can lead to
a dependency loop where graphical-session.target is After
plasma-workspace.target is After kde-baloo.service is After
graphical-session.target...
resolve this dependency loop by **explicitly** putting us after
plasma-workspace.target
this is necessary to prevent breakage with older Plasma versions. 6.9
onwards removes this unnecessary relationship from the Plasma side. we
are already WantedBy=graphical-session.target anyway
